StarTex plastisol inks are formulated for high productivity weton-wet printing. These opaque inks have excellent resistance to build-up and are ready to use straight from the container. A low bleed white underbase is required if printing on polyester or polyester blends to reduce the risk of dye migration. It is recommended to underbase with a cotton white if printing on 100% cotton.
- Creamy viscosity that does not shear excessively

- Screen tension of 25 - 35 n/cm2 is recommended
- 60 - 80 durometer or 70/90/70 triple durometer squeegee
- Additives - 3% maximum viscosity buster, 10% maximum curable reducer, 5% maximum soft hand additive
