SHIPPING AND RETURNS
GSG DELIVERY SHIPPING POLICY
GSG offers free delivery via GSG Truck on orders of $150.00 or more, to commercial addresses in our service areas. All orders under $150.00 are subject to a $15 handling fee. Same day delivery is available Monday-Friday for qualified routes for orders placed prior to 10:30 a.m. CST, 9:30 a.m. for Minneapolis local routes.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
In-stock FedEx ground orders will ship on the same day if the order is placed by 3:15 p.m. CST.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all charges associated with expedited shipping (Fedex Overnight, Fedex 2-Day, Courier Services, etc.) Expedited shipping charges are applied to the order after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to Alaska, U.S. territories (i.e. Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.. Virgin Islands, etc.) Canada, or Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
GSG offers FREE shipping on delivery or FedEx Ground orders over $150 to the contiguous United States. To qualify for free shipping you must meet the following requirements. The order must be for in stock product, and exceed $150. The order cannot consist of oversized or overweight items. The items must not be hazardous. If the product is fragile it may require additional packaging or insurance. The packaging and insurance are not free of charge and will be added to the invoice. If you have questions on a specific order please submit that inquiry to Expedited shipping and LTL shipping methods are not covered under our free shipping policy.
Currently, FedEx and other carriers have suspended service guarantees. GSG will not offer reimbursement, discount, or concessions for expedited shipping charges due to these service guarantee suspensions.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from GSG can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, as long as they are returned unused and in their original packaging. Custom items are not eligible for return. Special Order items may be returned at GSG's discretion.
Returns require prior authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
