Kevin has been in the Sign Industry for 20+ years with most of his experience being in paint. His interest in paint started in high school. "Paint is technical," says Kevin, "but if I can help simplify it for you as a painter or you as a purchasing agent, that’s my job – that’s the part I love."

A typical day for Kevin can include helping the GSG Sales Team with product solutions around paint formulas or which primer to use on specific substrates. You can also find him in sign shops helping to ensure paint equipment is being used efficiently.

When not at GSG, this father of five stays busy with attending baseball games and the occasional horse-riding event. And when he’s not there, he’s traveling in his RV. Have a paint question? ASK KEVIN!
 

Jim Melancon

Jim has been in the Digital Print industry for nearly 20 years. He began his career as a Finisher, worked his way up to an Operator and eventually became a Production Manager running print shops. "There's always something to learn in this industry and I'm able to pass on the knowledge that I’ve accumulated over the years."

With a background in graphic design, Jim's experience in art and graphics led to an interest in color management. He enjoys helping customers profile printers and strives to get the best color gamut possible.

When he's not at GSG, this new father spends most of his time with his son. He also enjoys woodworking and making furniture.

Mark Suhadolnik

Mark has been in the Screen Printing industry for nearly 40 years. He started his journey when he was 10 years old printing t-shirts in his parents garage. His passion lies in the process of screen printing, "From creating the art to putting it on a shirt and people wanting to wear it, it really gave me the incentive to follow this as my career path," said Mark.

Mark's experience in the screen printing industry led him to GSG. A typical day for him includes R&D and product testing and working with our Sales Team to help customers with a wide variety of product solutions.

When he's not at GSG, he loves barbequing. Similar to screen printing, a good barbeque is another way to make people happy and he takes a lot of pride in the experience.

Liz Beavers

Liz started in the Embroidery industry 30+ years ago. As a crafter who sold items on the weekend, Liz was intrigued by how embroidery could enhance the products she was creating. What began as just a hobby on the weekend turned into full time job where she owned her own shop. She loves being able to see the art come to life through digitalization.

"I can testify that I’ve found five different ways to do one thing wrong. So that's why I like to go out and teach so [others in the industry] can avoid the mistakes that I made as I was growing." There isn't a typical day for Liz but her favorite days are when she's helping customers learn.

Outside of GSG, Liz finds joy in watching the History Channel and traveling. She also enjoys home decorating and still has a home studio with sewing machines, embroidery and digitizing!
