Print and cut materials are the easiest way to achieve multi-color graphics on your garments! Siser print and cut materials are either polyurethane (PU) or poly vinyl chloride (PVC) materials with a white or clear base. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, and latex inks, print and cut materials use a large format print/cut machine to print vivid logos, designs, and detail that can’t be achieved with regular HTV. The machine first prints and dries the material before returning to cut the design. After cutting, “weed” or remove the excess material and “mask” or transfer your designs onto a carrier with a squeegee for heat application. The carrier keeps your image in place so you can perfectly position it and permanently apply it with a heat press. Print and cut material makes beautiful multi-color heat transfers possible for either one project or for hundreds!
