MagnaPrint Wet Reveal

MagnaPrint® Wet Reveal is a brand new, ready-to-use special effect printing paste. When printed, the ink is opaque and will turn transparent when wet allowing screen printers to incorporate hidden effects beneath a white top coat of ink. The printed area returns to its original opaque appearance when dry. MagnaPrint® Wet Reveal is recommended for printing over the AquaFlex V2 system.

Application:

To achieve maximum opacity, MagnaPrint® Wet Reveal is best printed through 43T (110) mesh screens with 70-75 shore rounded profile squeegees.

We recommend only 2 top coat layers as a maximum with a flash in between. Adding more layers will result in surface cracking.

Some colours that are printed underneath could be slightly visible more than others.

After printing the garment/panel should be cured, ideally for 2 minutes at 160°C (320ºF)
