Polyneon #60 weight is thinner than the standard #40 weight embroidery thread. It is ideal for small lettering down to 3 mm tall and also for intricate detailing. Made from 100% polyester, it is constructed of a specially developed raw material, eliminating looping, puckering and virtually all thread breaks. Vibrant colors are glossy, as well as resistant to chlorine bleach making it ideal for commercial linens.
Needle #60/8 - #65/9 is recommended for best performance
