DigiCAT Nylon is specially designed for decorating nylon, leather, rayon, and other heat-sensitive surfaces. DigiCAT Nylon has the most desirable features: easy handling, cutting and weeding but with a thicker polyester carrier sheet and a low-tack carrier adhesive, enabling easy weeding without lifting the cut image from the carrier.
- Cut this material in mirror image
- Firm to hard, even pressure
- Peel cold, then cover with Teflon Sheet and repress for 10 sec
- Follow wash instructions for nylon
- Turn inside-out, cold water, tumble dry low
- Suitable for dry-cleaning
DigiCAT Nylon can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use a standard 45° knife. After weeding the film is transferred for 4 sec. by heat press. The polyester liner should be removed lukewarm. After cooling down the material is to be pressed for another 10 sec. with the same parameters. Manufactured by Poli-Tape.
