A white matte perforated cast film (140 micro-m) allowing you to create special effects of white color during the day (non lighted) and another color during the night, when backlit. If you apply a 3M™ Scotchcal™ Translucent Film below it, its color will show up when backlit as it glows through the perforations, whereas the daycolor is white.
