GSG Announces Acquisition of McBee Supply

Graphic Solutions Group announces its definitive agreement with McBee Supply

Dallas, Texas (June 24, 2021) – GSG a leader in the screen, digital and sign equipment and supply industry has announced its acquisition of assets, business and employees from McBee Supply in Houston, TX. McBee Supply will transition its inventory and employees to GSG and will be fully operational from the GSG Houston branch July 6, 2021.

Mike McDonald, President of McBee will be facilitating this acquisition and will retire closing the transaction. McDonald states, “I know GSG well and respect them as a good, fair and solid competitor. This was a good opportunity to transition McBee employees as we are not only familiar with each other, our lines overlap and know this is a positive move form my employees.
