I am a new customer to GSG; how do I create an account?

From the Sign In page enter the required information under I am new to GSG. Once submitted you will be immediately ready to shop. You will also receive an email confirming your registration. Please verify your address, phone, email and GSG account number. All new accounts are setup as taxable. To submit a resale certificate please follow the instructions on your registration email. I am an existing GSG customer; how do I create my online account?

From the Sign In page enter the required information under I am a current GSG Customer. You will need to know your account number and billing zip code. IMPORTANT: To avoid duplicating accounts please make sure the Customer Number and Billing Zip Code that you use are the same as the one you currently use to place orders. Do you deliver to me?

We deliver to many locations inside our 8 state service area. For more information about delivery please visit our Delivery service page. You will be able to enter your zip code and see what services are available in your area. Further information on shipping can be found on our Terms of Service page.

Do you charge to deliver?

All delivery orders less than $150 (pre-tax) are subject to a $15 delivery fee. Additionally, your order could be subject to other delivery or service charges. Please contact customer service with further questions, or 1-800-366-1776.

Can I place an order online for Will Call?

Yes, when you checkout you can choose Will Call as your shipping method.

Where can I find my order status?

You can go to My Account then to Open Orders


Once I create a new account, how long does it take before I can place my first order?

You will be able to place an order immediately.

How can I change account information?

Once you login to your web account, click My Account at the top right of the page. You can change your password, e-mail address, and view order information. If you would like to change your billing or shipping address please contact Accounting at or 1-800-366-1776.

Can I have multiple shipping addresses?

Yes. To protect our customers, we require customers to contact our accounting department to add or change shipping/billing information. You can contact Accounting at or 1-800-366-1776.

Can my GSG account have more than one web account user?

Yes. The additional user will need to register using a different email address but the process is the same. At registration you will need to know your account number and billing zip code. There are options to setup a Primary user and Secondary users with less security. Please contact for more information.


How can I find a copy of an invoice or statement?

Invoices and statements can be found in our Invoice Gateway . To create an Invoice Gateway account you must have your Enrollment token. Enrollment Tokens are located at the bottom of invoices. If you need assistance contact Accounting at (ET request) or 1-800.366.1776.

Can I set up an account with Net 30 terms?

GSG has several payment options. You can setup your account with a credit card to pay for all invoices or you can fill out our credit application to setup terms. Download our credit applicationand submit to Credit at or fax to 1-972-661-1234. (credit application submission)


Where can I find the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Tech Sheet, and Color Charts for a product?
