Perfect Order

Utilizing technology, proven processes, and a workforce that truly cares about the customers we serve, we will be more than a supplier; we will be an integral component of our customer’s success.

For years you have heard or seen the GSG tagline, “The Right Products, Right Away.” This is more than a marketing tagline, it is a core belief and a founding principle in the way we do business. We know the importance of delivering complete and correct orders, on time to meet our customers’ demands. This is why we have established measurable standards to monitor and improve our performance in delivering, “The Perfect Order”.

ACCURATE

We measure the accuracy of each line. We document error types and use this data for process or employee development and improvement.

ON TIME

We communicate and record promise dates (delivery dates) on every line item. We measure our pass (on-time) or fail (late).

COMPLETE

We measure fill rate by line item. A pass is a line item that is delivered 100%. A fail is a line item that is delivered incomplete. This data is used to adjust inventory levels to ensure we are supplying our customers with the products they need to support their production.

"Vital to our growth and success."
